I set myself the task of finding colour in January. When you really open your eyes and start looking it is amazing what you find!
Colour everywhere.
So what, I wonder, should be my task for February? I was thinking perhaps the hints of new life?
Any suggestions?
This is a perfect exercise. So easy to pass over it over on a dreary day. I've been out finding colour too. Always surprises me how many flowers are out in January. I think looking for new life would make a good project for next month.

ReplyDeleteThere is masses of colour when you look isn't there.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Those colors are gorgeous. Looking forward to what you decide for next month (February would be too soon to hope for new life in our neck of the woods, but I remember the crocuses came out in February when I was a kid!).
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of hints of new life. Your colours are beautiful too - it's all a matter of noticing things isn't it?
ReplyDeleteNature is always full of surprises :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures, great idea.
ReplyDeleteThings a bit black and white here at the moment - very snowy!
Beautiful, beautiful photos - you have such a huge talent, especially for nature shots, I think you must love nature an awful lot... xo p.s. I especially love the colours in the rock :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe it could be nature courting - I see signs in the birds and animals here, just ever so subtle signs of preparation - your January colours are inspiring
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! February can be tough - the last cold slog before it begins to warm up - but snowdrops always cheer and yes, there's colour to be found if you look. x
