Gratitudes
09 February 2014
Joining in with Taryn for her heartfelt Sunday tradition.
A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful.
This week I have been grateful for...
...dry days
...winter sun
...the delicate and wonderful snowdrops
...our singing group starting again after a break while our friends moved house
...a lovely walk in the winter sunshine
...a restful day at home
...a friend coming to our house for a play
...my husband returning home safely to us after a week away
...a request from friends to join them for a day out next week
...beautiful music
...wonderful books to read from the library, free!

ReplyDeleteLovely list and beautiful photo
ReplyDeleteA great list this week, it sounds as though there have been some lovely moments. We made the most of the library this weekend as well - there was a treasure hunt and we could order books for free. In fact I discovered it's always free to order children's books, something I didn't realise before. I hope you have a good week.
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to join in with Taryn, but haven't managed it yet! I do love the idea though. You have some lovely posts to read here and when I have more moments, I'll be having a little pootle around!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog…..I bought the workbook as an ebook and just printed off that one page loads of times. Last year I used it as it was but this year I drew up a few different ones and put them all together to make my own daily planner. I'm fortunate to have a spiral binder machine here at home, so it does make it cheaper and easy!!
What a lovely list! Are there really snowdrops blooming where you are?(sigh) Libraries really are something to be grateful aren't they! Have a wonderful week!
