...happiness getting my Christmas cards made, finding a lovely way to celebrate Advent with the children, a quiet week at home, orchestra rehearsal

...sadness at the tragic death of a young woman and her baby in the news this week

...looking forward to seeing my brother at the weekend, he is recovering well from his accident

  1. Glad to hear your brother is on the mend. Your cards look great. I'll be interested to hear what you think of the Goldfinch opinions of those I have spoken to who read it seem to be 50/50 split between those who loved it and those who really didn't like it at all! I was in the latter category and my daughter in the former.
