At a birthday party for one of her dearest friends, she literally ran screaming across the park because kids were running around with foam swords playing rowdy. The squeaking sound and the commotion put her over the edge. She usually opts for a fun day with just one other family for her own celebration day.

It's so lovely to be able to support them where they are at and honor their individual preferences. verdemamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13627046124703856501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1151798681951781536.post-649468107867557842013-08-20T22:17:07.111+01:002013-08-20T22:17:07.111+01:00it is lovely to give him the birthday he wants. my...it is lovely to give him the birthday he wants. my little boy doesn't like groups or noise either, it takes him ages to get used to new places and faces - he is the total opposite of his sisters!Nellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04104412226519227796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1151798681951781536.post-23616868699054589392013-08-20T20:20:27.315+01:002013-08-20T20:20:27.315+01:00I love that he is not pressured to join in. I am not a fan of huge noisy parties, so I think I'd like the same thing too!CJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14311693185700341580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1151798681951781536.post-54563885296533227432013-08-20T12:12:21.356+01:002013-08-20T12:12:21.356+01:00Sounds like your son's birthday was a lovely a...Sounds like your son's birthday was a lovely affair. My son only wants to invite 2 or 3 closest friends this year and go out for the afternoon and do something with them. EMMAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02900165967124695510noreply@blogger.com
