  1. Sounds like a good week with some happy moments and the inevitable sad ones too of course. Fitting in some science seems like a good idea and I'm sure you will think of ways to incorporate it - biology as you already do have a nature table or you could talk about heat and expansion or simple physics like that or chemistry could be linked to the additives in some of our foods perhaps?! Science is all around us and I am sure you will find ways to add it to your learning.
