  1. Was the photo taken as part of your learning about castles perhaps? I love pictures seen through these old stone openings. Glad you have had a good week and hope that the happiness outweighed the sadness - sadness I share with you as I am sure do most people.

  2. Learning about the body, and digestion in particular, can be very enlightning! I've been delving into those topics for a while now - learning about the effect of particular foods on the body - and my knowledge has definitely improved my health and well-being. xxx

  7. September is coming so quickly! I've found myself thinking about Autumn lately too but it's my favourite time of year so I always look forward to it (oddly enough). Hope you have fun at your music festival.
