A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful.
This week I have been grateful for.....
...the beautiful autumn colours.
...clear blue skies which I have not seen all Summer.
...a friend who provided a listening ear.
...vegetables from the garden for soup and tea.
...being able to spend time with my Mum and Dad after a long period of not seeing them.
